Results with CPs and adjusted times are up!
Take a look, email Tim if you see anything that looks odd. Photos are available too, although there's still a few to upload. The race was a terrific success on a beautiful day - everyone had fun, worked up a sweat, and told some great stories at the after-party. Racers - if you have photos, we want to see 'em! Same goes for stories, blog posts, words of praise or ideas for improvement. Hope to see everyone at next year's Frigid Infliction!

A racer email went out today. There's a copy here:
BP10_email_20100803.html. We're full, and things are coming together nicely! The course is complete (with some great challenging terrain for ya), prizes aplenty are being collected, some new and improved shirts are on their way, and all of the volunteers are getting together tonight to make sure the day runs smoothly. Last but not least (knock on wood) it looks like we could be in for some terrific weather!

A quick update - the schedule page erroneously listed the Craftsbury Outdoor Center as the gear check location. We are *not* in Craftsbury this year - gear check and registration is at the
Town & Country Resort at Stowe. Apologies for the confusion!

And we're full! Due to limitations on the number of available boats, we had to cap before hitting 50 this time around. Great set of
teams!
This year's registration location: the Town & Country resort in Stowe.
http://www.townandcountrystowe.com. More info on lodging, as well as bike rentals, and some general questions answered went out in an email to all registered racers today. If you didn't get it, please let us know! (info @ gmara.org) And, see the email here:

(Oh yes, and in case you were wondering... we've come through for ya, and there
will be nettles on the course this year! Last year was just a sad fluke.)
April 20th, 2010
We've receive a great deal of early interest in registering for the race, probably due to our filling up more than six weeks before
the event last year. Registration is now open! We're working on nailing down our location - we'll let you know when we're sure. By the way,
you lucked out last year with the nettles - we couldn't secure permission to use the most nettle-laden land we would have ever
sent you through. Ask Chris how much fun that was in shorts. (Don't worry, we'll make up for it.)
We are still going to cap the event at fifty teams this year. However, we are going to limit the number of two-person teams,
which will allow us to have more people without needing to import canoes from further away than is practical. Scrapping together fifty
similar canoes is no small task! So, sign up quickly!
