MVP Health Care Bitter Pill
The MVP Health Care Bitter Pill Adventure Race is a twelve hour adventure race for teams of two or three on
Saturday, August 1st, 2009.
Disciplines will include mountain biking, trekking, swimming, and canoeing. Navigation with topographical map and compass will be
a crucial part of the entire course.
The course is beautiful; you'll have the pleasure of dealing with some great wooded navigation, solid mountain
biking on differing terrain, and pristine waterways to paddle on. You won't go home disappointed.
We use an cutoff system which allows us to
really challenge experienced teams while providing a great race for the first timers. Check out some of our past
racers' comments.
Teams do not need support crews for this event. Outside of what is provided by the race organizers, teams must be self-sufficient. The cost of your team's canoe and paddles are included in the race fee, so there is no need to find and transport any watercraft. We'll also handle transporting your bike on race day, if the course requires it.
If you are looking for a teammate you can either
